The author of the poems is my mom, „The Girl of the Woods,“ with whom we spent five years back together in the village, where I lived as a child. The collection of poems was created naturally, and once again, it joined us creatively. We found poems in one old paper box, so we gradually broke through our whole funny-sad history.
The main purpose of the poetry collection sitting at the bottom is to bring to Slovak poetry topics that could be provided to the current reader, reflections with which he can identify. The title of "sitting on the bottom" suggests that even at critical life moments can be seen with a certain amount of humor. Don’t you think?
The novice explores the intrinsic problems in them by the life of the tested person man, based on his experience and feelings. Individual poems do not offer a way out of these difficult situations but their content suggests that it can be reflected from the bottom. Life is just a strange one! The debut author The Girl of the Woods selected a number of fifteen-year-old poems, during which she has overcome a number of fault life situations. The central the idea the author wanted to bring into the work is the theory that life is composed of simple and often overlooked details around us.
